Reel-y carefully! Every item is printed to order just for you, for the lakes you love, whether you live on one, visit one, or love someone who does. Nothing sits on a shelf collecting dust (or barnacles), so each order takes a few days to make before it sets sail.

Good things come to those who bait, just ask any fisherman. Your item is printed just for you. Most orders are made in 3–5 business days, then arrive in about 5–8 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on its way, so you can watch it drift your direction.

Shipping is free on US orders of $35 or more, after discount codes are applied. That’s smooth sailing! Orders under $35 pay a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Our website ships to US addresses only. We’re a homebody kind of lake shop, and with all the tariff and EU restrictions, we get fuzzy on all that. We'll stick to the shores that we're used to.

Don’t let the holidays sneak up like a wake on a calm day! For US delivery by Christmas, order by December 10 for most items, and by December 1 for crystal ornaments and  throw pillows. Custom lakes and add-on orders need time for proofs, so cast your line early.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to track your shipment directly from our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.

At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Our crew is pretty fast on the draw getting orders out, sometimes same day, with most next business day.

Send us a message! If there’s water and a name, we’d love to put it on the map. We can create a custom lake design just for you.

• Map Marker: X marks the spot! We add a heart, star, pin or emoji to your lake map at your cabin, dock, cove or favorite fishing hole (we promise not to tell anyone where they’re biting). It’s available on lake map designs only, one marker per item. Okay, maybe 2.
• Second Print Area: because sometimes one side just isn’t enough lake. We add a second design to your item, such as on the back or sleeve. One additional print area per item.
• To order an add-on, add it to the same order as the item it goes with, and use the personalization box to tell us what you’d like and where. Add-ons ordered without the item they belong to may be cancelled and refunded, since we can’t tell which boat they belong in.

For custom orders and add-ons, we’ll send your proof by email from Orders@LakeLodgeMedia.com. Keep an eye on your inbox like a bobber on still water! If we don’t hear back within 72 hours of sending your proof, your order goes to production as shown in the proof.

Due to the custom printed nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order. We won’t leave you up a creek without a paddle.

We move faster than a jet ski at no-wake hour! Production starts quickly, so changes and cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

• Before you send out a search party, check around your home, with neighbors and with your local post office, since packages are sometimes held for pickup. If it hasn’t surfaced within a few days, contact us and we’ll help.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders sent to an incorrect address may need to be reordered. Even the best captains need the right coordinates!

Our shirts are unisex sizing. Comfort Colors tees, sweatshirts and hoodies are garment-dyed for a soft, relaxed, lived-in feel, like they’ve already spent a summer at the cabin. See the size chart on each product page or send us a message and we'll be happy to help.

Close, but every screen sees the water a little differently. Colors can vary slightly between screens and print batches. Lifestyle photos may include AI-generated models and scenery, which is darn handy when you'd rather be fishing than at a photo shoot.

Care details are listed on each product page. For apparel, washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying low or hanging to dry keeps prints looking their best, season after season. Treat it like your favorite lure...
